➥ How do I place an order?
All orders can be made here. We make all our corsets to order, therefore ‘sold out’ it means we are at capacity and won’t be taking any new orders at this moment.
➥ How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim to ship your order by 3-4 weeks. This gives us time to pattern draft, print, sew, package, and get your corset sent to you! Check out our Shipping Policy for more information.
➥ Where is my order?
If you have not received your shipping conformation, then your order is still being made. If you do have your shipping order, but it is taking longer than expected, please allow a little time for COVID-19 and Brexit delays.
➥ Do you ship to my country?
We currently ship to Mainland UK on our website. Check out our Shipping Policy to find out more, or contact us here to see if we can ship to you.
➥ What size can I order?
Any size, any shape! Everyone is welcome. Check out our How to Measure Yourself Guide for your perfect fit.
➥ Can I change the size of my order?
If you wish to change the size of your order, drop us an email using our Contact Form as soon as possible. A change will be permitted provided your items are not yet being made. If your items are being made, you will no longer be able to change the size.
