Shipping costs are calculated during checkout depending on weight and location

We send your orders first class

UK Shipping

We aim to make and ship your item(s) within 3-4 weeks.

International Shipping

We sell to Mainland UK here on our website. However, you can contact us here if you need a corset and are not in the UK. We will try to work something out for you.

Shipping policies

Carefully read our shipping policies before placing an order.

➥ You will not be eligible for a refund on your original shipping cost, and will be liable to pay a repeat shipping charge to receive your item(s) if a courier has made multiple failed attempts to deliver your parcel.

➥ You will not be eligible for a refund if your address is wrong. If you have entered the wrong address, contact us here. Please ensure that the address you provide is correct, current, and will have someone to receive the parcel.

➥ If a parcel is declared lost by the courier service due to no fault of your own, you should be eligible for a full refund on your order.

➥ We will not be able to provide any additional information on your order, once your parcel has been shipped.

Returns and Refunds

We hope you never need to return an item as each one is made for you, and we hope you love it. However, you may be eligible for refund if your item(s)

➥ Have arrived damaged

➥ Have arrived incorrectly manufactured

➥ Are not as advertised – excluding minor variations in colour

You will not be eligible for a refund if:

➥ You no longer want the item(s)

➥ You have ordered the wrong size. Please check out How to Measure Yourself Guide carefully.

➥ You are experiencing fit issues despite the item(s) being as advertised in the size you ordered

➥ Your parcel was not delivered to you due to your error: missing delivery, providing the wrong address, failing to retrieve parcel from delivery centre. You will be subject to paying a charge for redelivery.

➥ Slow delivery time

➥ You have damaged the item(s)
